Paper Tools Series

Starting in the next week or two I will be starting to publish articles and tools that support pen and paper processes that for me at least are very useful in the website and web application development space. The tools will be in the form of single A4 PDF documents that are useful in the concept and planning phases of web projects.

Whilst I’m a big fan of technology and have purchased both PDAs and more recently an MSI wind ultraportable, I still don’t seem to be able to do without a pen and paper. Really you just can’t capture ideas and workshop concepts as fast in a digital medium (I’m sure there are those who will probably argue this point) as you can with the good ole kugelschreiber (I don’t speak a lot of German, this and autobahn are about all I remember from high school) and a piece of paper.

If you haven’t already seen a few sites around that are doing similar things, I’d suggest you check out David Seah’s Printable CEO Series. In my opinion, David is definitely one of the thought leaders in the productivity space.
